Bountycaster Attestations - all bounty completions are attested onchain via EAS

New Bountycaster feature: Now all bounty completions are attested onchain with Base via EAS (Ethereum Attestation Service) Data for all Bountycaster users who completed a bounty will be available onchain. We'd love feedback on this!
