Icebreaker - Daimo Support

yesterday we added /daimo account support to /icebreaker i can go straight into daimo pay/request from my icebreaker page, which i can reach using the .fc namespace shortlink (this works w any ib account with an fc linked) to set up 1. edit profile on icebreaker 2. add daimo username 3. get paid!!!
